Why did I get an invoice?

The equipment we provide is covered by most health insurance plans. The amount due located on the invoice reflects the cost that your specific insurance company has determined to be the patient/member responsibility. If you have questions about how your insurance processed the claim, then please contact your insurance company directly. Remember, with most insurance plans, your annual deductible must be met before your insurance will start making payments on durable medical equipment claims.
